The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Production & Processing: Every single piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3–7 business days for production (tailoring and quality check), plus an additional 1–2 business days for order processing and packaging.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days.

We strictly recommend Professional Dry Clean only. For minor spots, gently spot-clean with cold water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or bleach.

Use a Garment Steamer on a low-heat setting. Avoid direct contact between the iron and delicate fabrics (like tulle or lace). Never use a high-temp traditional iron.
👗 Storage
Hang the dress using the inner security loops to avoid stretching the shoulder straps. Store in a cool, dry place inside a breathable garment bag.
💍 Wearing Tip
Apply perfume and hairspray before putting on your dress to avoid fabric staining. Be careful with sharp jewelry that may snag delicate lace.
